My name is Janet Matthews and I set up Count On Me with the aim to help small to medium-sized businesses focus on what they're good at - while their day to day accounts get taken care of. I have over twenty years of bookkeeping and administration experience in a wide variety of companies and using a number of different accounting packages. I love setting up new company accounts or improving existing systems. If you are wanting to move your accounts online I can help.

Your business is unique and accounting needs vary between business to business. So I provide a variety of services to meet the needs of your business. I offer weekly, monthly, or quarterly bookkeeping services for your business. I will customize your bookkeeping services so that I can meet all your bookkeeping needs at the level you require - efficiently and cost-effectively.
I can complete the work at your office, or collect and process at my office. You may need regular work but you don't want to employ a full time or permanent employee, so why not contract with me? I can assist in all your office requirements such as processing invoices, customer receipts, supplier payments, placing orders, bank reconciliation, etc.
I can set you up and train you on Xero online and make a plan so you can do a little - or a lot of your bookkeeping.
A few facts:
- It’s going to take more time at the beginning. As with every relationship we need to work out what you need and the most cost effective way of doing it.
- I can either work on a project or hourly basis or if you prefer, to help with cashflow, on an agreed monthly direct debit.
- I will always be realistic about time and costs, but the more organised you are, the less it’s going to cost you!
